			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you ever seen Purple Cauliflower? I was at the store the other day, looking through the organic foods and came across some cauliflower that was purple. Why not? I asked myself. I like trying different things, makes life interesting.</p>
<p>I put the cauliflower in the steamer with some green broccoli. Here&#8217;s the finished product:</p>

<p>And tasty. A little olive oil, salt and pepper. Yum. Check out the water in the bottom of the steamer</p>

<p>If you can&#8217;t tell, it is a deep, dark green. Makes me want to plop a hard boiled egg in there to dye. We also tried some of the orange cauliflower. It wasn&#8217;t as exciting.</p>
